Since even this email proves my lack of incapacitation, there is no need to defraud public funds by claiming I need a guardian when counsel alone provided by the courts, should suffice;
The index itself states that a lawyer must be paid by me making no allowances for free representation;
Points 1-9 are not recognized constitutionally nor are they constitutionally sound
and are grounds for 2 ,4 Amendments involvement by the Defendant/ Respondent;
As the Defendant/ Respondent I never consented to any disclosure of my medical legal or psychiatric / psychological data;
As the Defendant/ Respondent the psychological/ psychiatric data are non existent and cannot be reproposed as such since they were fraudulent statements made to defraud me of my freedom, independence, and real and non property
