REPORT FILED LESS THAN AN HOUR AGO TO THE CIVILIAN COMPLAINT REVIEW BOARD, HEADED BY MICHAEL BLOOMBERG, MAYOR OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK:" I was told that a call was made to my phone number in the afternoon of 8/23/2012 from 212.442.4382 by an possibly male officer claiming a Spanish or Hispanic surname, saying he was an (written on the submitted complaint as 'a' not by me)official from Civilian Complaint who received a garbled, nonsensical complaint from Internal Affairs about certain events occurring on July 28, 2012 at 7:30 and 9:30AM at the 111 Precinct. He also claimed that the complaint had been transferred to the Board because they investigate scrapes, while broken bones are investigated by the previously mentioned agency. He claimed I had a right to a lawyer if he or she remained silent during the interview, claimed that you do not accept written complaints and I had to speak to him, said the conversation was being taped ( I had no way of verifying which conversation was taped, and in what voice) and arranged for an appointment on the 29th, at 2:00PM at 40 Rector Street, on the second floor. I have no intention of being present and cannot verify if any of the information provided by the individual is accurate or correct. All spelling mistakes and erratic sense not mine. Enjoy.". I verified the accuracy of the statement with a true. The officer has my cell phone number. The claims set forth by the Board are that investigations are non-conclusive when the officers cannot be identified by name or badge number, while Catch-22 this with with a brief description on how identity can be determined by badge numbers and even photos of officers who conceal their identities by acting illegally behind the victim, such as handcuffing from behind when no arrest has been made, remaining behind the victim, averting the victim's gaze by force from the officers, and resembling the targeted officers employed by the Police Force they want to blame by allowing for a brief description of height and build. I also told the official that the entire force on the floor at the Precinct at the time was complicit at both times, with an African male at the desk making arrangements for a Fascist Italian "Loggia", probably the P2, or P3, to target people on that day. All mispellings and erratic sentence structure in this post not mine, but involved with their activity on some level. Most people involved in harm to me are also involved in these activities as well and complicit, creating a pool of victims they choose to allow to "sacrifice" for whatever motive they have.
