NO TRIAL HELD IN HOUSING COURT , QUEENS CIVIL COURT, SUTPHIN BOULEVARD:

1) Peter Carravetta, in a collusion with KKK Nazi police officers at the 111 Precinct, and the Tapiero, our renters who haven't paid, including utilities, since July 2012, is arranging for a Mohammed Bait, a supposed lawyer sent by the original lawyer or his secreatary to represent us, and who represented the Tapiero instead, who also had an unidentified woman sitting at the stenographer's seat in court room 402 decide when our court date should be, for non payment of rent, when instead we were seeking eviction proceedings.

2) Peter Carravetta, a professor at Stony Brook, SUNY, is involved, as a day job, in house take overs. He seems to know Filippa Gaetta, someone who befreinded my mother in this neighbborhood, and who gave my mother this lawyer as a reference. Their area is Glendale, which is also a Rosaria Pipia's area, who was a student of Carravetta's. Together:

A) The Tapiero will establish proprietorship of our house by calling the police for false complaints, aided by 37-39 marked 35-37; 45, 32, 36, 28,29, marked 27, and especially, 27 now marked 25;

B) Tapiero will also cliam we trespass in her rental area, when we do not, and as landlords, she has already not respected a written request to access the premises in August;

C) The Tapiero will have us arrested on false charges through their corrupt police contacts, now residing in the sub basement, if only by mind, of the 111 Precinct. This will be arranged by Rosaria Pipia, supposedly, via Peter Carravetta, who may be hungry for what they own as well; Carravetta's family operate as false Jews on the Upper East Side, and the lawyer may be connected to that circuit as well, and so, by extention, are the Tapiero;

D) The Tapiero have don estructural damage to the house, and will continue to do so while we're out. The houses abovementioned are co responsible, legally. They will convince us that trials are held in stadiums and get out of it that way, ha ha ha and ha;

E) They are causing constant emotional stress on my mother;

F) I have had to pay for Mr. Tapiero's amount of an electric bill on the same meter. It feeds two different apartments. I have suffered economic loss from them, personal harm, and property damage.
Mohammed Bait, if that is his name, saw it fit to claim we were suing for back rent instead

G) The stenographer insisted that, with no lease, no squat possible since our house is not an abandoned building, no actual evidence of rent paid, Marta Tapiero can stay on the premises indefinitely. Not a judge, who is claimed to have arranged everything, on September 25, 2012 in room 402 in Queens Civil Court, Sutphin Boulevard, by for Condalisa Rice, and Ellen Hinds, New York Presbyterian, Long Island Jewish, and the rest. An idiot at the court stenographer's desk sets the date of a trial, as November 8,or 9, 2012, without giving us the name of the presiding judge?

H) Marta Tapiero is making arrangements to have my photos regarding her activities erased, next time I access Civil Court, by the security staff. If not she'll steal them from my apartment.
