3:30PM. Call responded by fascist Colonna connection, a "Janice", irritated I asked for her name. Did not provide me with ID number. Claimed I needed to call a different telephone number from 800.433.7327. Call interrupted instead;

3:41/2 PM. Recorded message altered, did not reflect loan dismissal connection;

3:45PM. Customer service verifies stalking and ID theft for Hate Crime, or Nazifascist KKK raid to be abducted to psych hospital or chopped up in a Nazi brothel, by costume cop connection: identifies self as "Natasha";

3:49PM. Survey interrupted by intervention disallowing embarrassing testimony;

3:55PM. Inconclusive transfers listed as impossible options;

3:56PM. "Mario" requests to know, for security purposes, if a possible witness identified by his as "third party" is listening in;
Asks for my Social Security Number,"full" name and date of birth, and then does nothing about it, gathering information and telling me I need to call customer service, which is what he was. Spoke in a Confederate text for Southern drawl.
