I
found three males, from the 111 precinct, with warrant vests on, and brass

to the 111. A detective whose had his family stalk me in these past days, and

claimed I had taken credit cards without her consent and made her responsible
for the payment of an ambulance ride, which I had not. He put me into the
interrogation room after removing me from the cell in which they had placed another

detective did not interrogate me, did not read me the Miranda, and took me to

fingerprinting, and photographing then

I
called 3rd street shelter the night of 8.4.15 requesting my room be
kept, expecting to be released the next day. Ms Singh claimed she would. The
same after did not do as stated, and tried to have me abducted by a new york
presbyterian ambulance after asking me to sit behind a closed door in the caf
while waiting for her which is off limits to non residents. I stayed there for
less than a minute then went out and waited. An ambulance appeared within a
minute or two, lights on, circling the block twice, then heading north on ave c
with lights off.
I
was seen by a judge, an African American woman, after waiting until past 12.00
in the lawyer consultation room, who
mentioned –glory to the revolution- did not dismiss the case, adjourned to
8.28.15. the lawyer, a male employed in tandem with a female, who spoke in
slavist anticonstitutional insults to me under her breath, told me he hated my
race, and proceeded to claim that no Miranda rights should have been read
anyway and would advise for an adjournment and allow the district attorney to
examine the prrof provided exclusively by my mother. I had also called the
Italian consulate.s emergency number. He stated they had contacted him.
On
august 7,2015 I went to the latter was seen by the deputy consul at her say who
gave me a telephone number for only one lawyer, claiming he was trusted by the
consulate and also telling me he was on vacation, probably well beyond the

judge also wrote in pen on the side of the court order to stay away from my
mother until the adjournment that I could only access my apartment to pick up
personal property on 8.5.15 from 2 to 9 and was made to wait until 9 by the 111
to pick a minimal amount of things. I need to pack and transport all my
property. I have tried to secure a court order to refrain my mother and all her
relatives from accessing me, and a request to access my property. referee Matthews
granted I should see my mother on 5.16.15. On that day referee julie stanton
addressed my mother as if she were the plaintiff asked me who had served the
papers, I sai I meaning the police, me as the plaintiff, stanton insured this
