 I found three males, from the 111 precinct, with warrant vests on, and brass badges, standing at the end of my bed, at 3^rd street women.s residence, 282 E 3^rd street, manhattan new york, telling me to get dressed, take nothing, and go with them . They did not have a written warrant, did not read me my Miranda rights, and drove me from 6.30 to 11.30am through queens in an unmarked gray van, taking the midtown tunnel, then greenpoint avenue, then roosevelt, then circles a block twice, then two descended to access an apartment building with nothing in their hands, returning with no one, about two apartment houses, haiden and bliss, then broadway, then under the 7 elevated tracks, then at possibly 51 03 something a condo or coop with a

doorman who they asked if x was in he gesticulated he was, and again, accessed with nothing but their guns, and returned with same. After searched for features from a photo of a flyer in a playground nearby,  took queens boulevard, circled twice around a religious jew, then headed to the 111. A detective whose had his family stalk me in these past days, and some of whom I.ve photographed, sat me in a cell, then called my mother who claimed I had taken credit cards without her consent and made her responsible for the payment of an ambulance ride, which I had not. He put me into the interrogation room after removing me from the cell in which they had placed another man, who also seemed Italian. One of the men responsible for the abduction mentioned that I had done it with jews, never with them and was furious. The detective did not interrogate me, did not read me the Miranda, and took me to queens criminal court in an unmarked black car with another after palm and fingerprinting, and photographing then  iris scanning me.the same was done at queens criminal where I was put in a holding talk full of prostitutes that are covered by the 111 and are coup d.etatist, there to psychologically torture me for the entire length of my stay. The lawyers in the area spoke slavist talk exclusively and considered these false arrests a way to –nigger- people into being informers or slaves for them, including me. There isn.t a moment when outside that I am not stalked and psychologically tortured 24.7 by microaggression, set us, and more.

 

I called 3^rd street shelter the night of 8.4.15 requesting my room be kept, expecting to be released the next day. Ms Singh claimed she would. The same after did not do as stated, and tried to have me abducted by a new york presbyterian ambulance after asking me to sit behind a closed door in the caf while waiting for her which is off limits to non residents. I stayed there for less than a minute then went out and waited. An ambulance appeared within a minute or two, lights on, circling the block twice, then heading north on ave c with lights off.

 

I was seen by a judge, an African American woman, after waiting until past 12.00 in the lawyer consultation room,  who mentioned –glory to the revolution- did not dismiss the case, adjourned to 8.28.15. the lawyer, a male employed in tandem with a female, who spoke in slavist anticonstitutional insults to me under her breath, told me he hated my race, and proceeded to claim that no Miranda rights should have been read anyway and would advise for an adjournment and allow the district attorney to examine the prrof provided exclusively by my mother. I had also called the Italian consulate.s emergency number. He stated they had contacted him.

 

On august 7,2015 I went to the latter was seen by the deputy consul at her say who gave me a telephone number for only one lawyer, claiming he was trusted by the consulate and also telling me he was on vacation, probably well beyond the appeal date. I was refused housing assistance, emergency passport and funds also by the woman at social services, and have already reported them to the Italian police.

 

I was sentenced thus to stand trial for grand larceny for two amounts, about 3,000.00 and 700.00 on cards guaranteed by my mother but made to my name taken when she was in france, after she and those she authorized to pay for home expenses, such as home insurance, water bill, etc. had failed to do so, but will claim otherwise, and it was something she had requested me to do in the past. I did order the cards, my mother knew about this since I had contacted her by phone due to the lack of payment of the abovementioned and utilities as well, and as soon as she returned gave her a letter explaining what I and done to care for our home, and gave her her two cards as well. This back in april 2015. I did also pay two bill cycles out of my money, and had not been remunerated for the work I had done to care for the house, which included repairing a seeping fissure in the basement, and shoveling snow on about 7 occasions, when it was the realtors jo to do just that.

 

The judge also wrote in pen on the side of the court order to stay away from my mother until the adjournment that I could only access my apartment to pick up personal property on 8.5.15 from 2 to 9 and was made to wait until 9 by the 111 to pick a minimal amount of things. I need to pack and transport all my property. I have tried to secure a court order to refrain my mother and all her relatives from accessing me, and a request to access my property. referee Matthews granted I should see my mother on 5.16.15. On that day referee julie stanton addressed my mother as if she were the plaintiff asked me who had served the papers, I sai I meaning the police, me as the plaintiff, stanton insured this was so by my mother.s lawyers. answer then claimed I was a harm to myself, and others, wanted me psychologically examined by her team then elmhurst hospital and assigned me a guardian. A court lawyer told me he would explain what the guardianship procedure was outside  he feared being shot in court. I secured exit from the premises and called 911 immediately reporting stanton and seeking an appeal for my mother.s case, based on 11 constitutional violations.

 

Please see these people are prevented from approaching me, for sequestering again. I do not feel secure at shelter. I requested the lawyer call me back on 8.7.15 and has not as of 8.14.15. I wanted to provide proof, and have the judge and administering judge declared prejudicial, that the trial be dismissed for absence of witnesses in my favor, and proof against me, that these matters are usually settled by a loan collection company, if anything, and in effect, there never should have been a trail in the first place, into which I seem to have been brought in at conclusion, when the judge just informed me of her decision in regards to the matter, after consulting with the lawyer and others behind closed doors. This cannot do anymore. You need to contact me to insure my safety. There is no trial. I want the iris scans and the palm and fingerprints removed from all records.
