RE: my real , financial property being defrauded me by a conglomerate of nazi terrorists decried as a worldwide threat to US citizens by the state department travel advisory board.

I.m requesting a vacate of the case with prejudice at supreme court: 

1. I.m declared incompetent and I.m not; 

2. the will is false, it.s not registered, and it.s language is defective- treasonous; 

3. I was not sent a notice of the case - citation-;

4. I am the only next of kin: my father and mother.s only child; 

5. My mother died intestate: without a will; 

6. By constitutional law, all shares at the point of death of next of kin go to me,even without paperwork from surrogate.s court.and I WILL NOT CEDE A CENT TO TERRORIST NUNS WHO ARE INVOLVED IN EXTREME PREJUDICE WITH MINORITY MINORS AS THEIR TARGET FOR GENOCIDE;

7. I did show at surrogate.s court on October 7, 2022 between 11.00- 12.00pm. notarized a request to vacate case with prejudice, and requested a fee waiver of filing fees as well,leaving my SNAP FOOD AWARD budget letter as evidence. 

I was told by the clerk , in the surrogate court.s office to return the material to her- I did. I found out she misdirected me, that I should.ve brought it to the Supreme Court section of the court.she told me,no time limit, she would send me an email regarding my reporting the fraud. 

Instead the case two days later showed a predated page to my presence in court : October 6, 2022 saying the letters of administration were granted.

I contacted the judicial review board;
