Body of Complaint:

The town of Bayside and the 111 precinct NYPD through adimiketakis and de cristofaro, based on " previous fraud, uncorrected since 1976" filed a malfeasant, constitutionally defective  fraudulent will, with fraudulent beneficiaries in queens surrogate court index 2022-3362, fradulently assigning me a guardian ad litem to hospitalize me in creedmoor, a forensics state facility. 

Presently they are defrauding me monthly of $7,000.00 from two investment portfolios, merryll lynch and ameritrade. This started while my mother was still alive. 

I request the immediate sealing of the case, the removal of the guardian ad litem, and restitution for loss and harm.

If situation worsens I request political asylum in any area of New York City or elsewhere in which constitutional responses to harm are prevalent and immediate.
