TO QUEENS SURROGATE COURT: 

as a sum total at the present moment of all emails sent regarding fraudulent probate 2022-3362, estate of Emilia Maffei

1. I request constitutionality and independence from crown worldwide, as it persecutes menonstop, with complete disregard by the presidency since clinton,  be proven beyond doubt of all beneficiaries, fraudulent anyway, listed in the fraudulent will, constructed in full disregard to both logic and democratic republican constitutional legal systems on the web after 6.29.2022.

2. I request 2/3 of the estate be given my name as the administrator, as a member of the Maffei household as sole child of Vincent Maffei and Emilia Maffei.

If need be and there is, the remaining 1/3 should be debated exclusively within democratic constitutional parameters at the exclusion of crown of any kind.

I disallow all practices that have given rise to this probate as it is the result of malfeasance and a cession parallel to a request for protectorateship headed by the King of the United Kingdom.

My father and mother were both US citizens.

3. As a result of 36 years of lack of intervention preceded by decades of disregard in favor of a capillary takeover of the country by crown and crown affiliated enemy combatant units resulting in issues of domestic abuse I also request: 

A.  A neighborhood clean.out or  to be given political asylum in a constitutional area of New York City , the State, The Country or a nation with no crown interference, that allows freedom of association, private ownership, independence of thought, and insures all constitutional egalitarian intervention in all matters threatening quality of life, health, wellbeing, free labor, insured holdings, and independence of thought.
