My check of $30.00 for rent, proving for two months in a row, that Wilson Tapiero has not paid his monthly termination fee for electrical service, and I have, since we're on the same meter, not in the same apartment, has not been cashed at my mother's bank on the day of the deposit, october 6th, by October 9, 2012. A Confederate KKK slave relative at the bank, Capital One,was at the Post Office, in Bayside, there to take my letter to Con Ed, proving that I had paid the amount two months in a row,while it was Tapiero's responsibility to pay for it. One of the relatives of the lawyers adbertised in The New York Times, who followed me even yesterday, on the bus, arranged for a scene at Whole Foods, claiming it was a civil case issue, that I would be homeless because I looked homeless. A relative of the Tapiero is Tony Gonzales, at Queens College, who arranged with others, for me to be a walk in on 9/11 througgh a work offer at Borough of Manhattan Community College, which would have placed me in the subway and in the area at 9:00AM, on that day, and a Mc Laughlin, also a lawyer involved in cover ups for fascist genocidal murders at another New York Law firm,also advertized in The New York Times.

D) According to the law, the Tapiero can be removed if their actions harm another tenant, me, in any way. My mother has been resistant to this, the book is resistant to this, my mother's lawyer, who lists one address on his card, and on his web page lists another, is resistant to this. For that matter, his secretary, Tina, wanted to remove all evidence of harm to me from the case, if there is a case. My mother does not want me in attendance. The lawyer's name is Bruno. The book listed this as a legal claim.

Frank Marzella knew the Tapiero, same with his wife. They, and the rest of my mother's family, are concealing this. My mother said something to the Tapiero that may have contributed to the abductions to psychiatric hospitals occurring on July 28, 2012, this including threats it may happen to me, buy the Tapiero. She and her sisters thought it smart to involve them, I would never discover this, since she was on vacation with them.

THE EVICTION CASE:

The lawyer is claiming that if back rent owed is paid, the Tapiero can stay. My mother is in agreement. The law says that not only they need to leave for endangering me, but that for every month they stay on, they owe double the rent, and proceedings for back rent and eviction can go hand in hand.

Marta Tapiero, Red Audi license plate DJA 2944, does not live on the premises, has not requested a court order of protection against me or my mother, still claims the studio area which she lives in with 4 people, sleeping with her daughter in the same bed,and is claiming maintenance money of $4,000.00 while the law says that our dwelling is not legally responsible for any maintenance or structural altering of the house, let alone no alteration was permitted. 4 is also the numerical distance from house to house, and they could be making an arrangement, along with my mother's family, to have me falsely accused, arrested, or murdered so that my mother can dispose of our properties and do what she wants, which is a violation of her will, and our agreements.

Stephen Marzella hacks into this blog continually., He's a White Power acolyte. He alters texts, is a criminal, along with his family and the Cavallo, also intermarried in my mother;'s family. ALSO: My mother organized with Queensborough Community College to have a person abducted to a psychiatric hospital during photography finals. Again, she wants the back rent, ande recites that the Tapiero can stay here after they pay. I have been extensively harmed, against my will, physically, and economically, by the Tapiero, who were a Queens College, Carravetta contact. Gonzales and the Director of Students during 911 arranged to say I was a threat to other students and expelled me. The Director was fired after I reported what he had done, and I was recorded at Queens as having exibited violent tendencies, barring me from registration. This was a completely unfounded claim. There was a trial, I declared my innocence, and Gonzales' team did not show up, indicating I was to be a victim of a Nazi KKK abduction. I won the trial, which should have never taken place at all, also because it was held in 2010, many years after 9/11.

Frank Marzella had me come home to calm the situation and for a favor to New York Presbyterian. My mother was contacted by people I worked with, accepted the contact, and harmed me through them when it was time to fire me. It requests personal information, such as card number, email address, and deosn't provide a complaint box on first sight. There is no email contact address available to the public.
