Please insure no part of my person, property or that of Vincent Maffei or Emilia Maffei come under any action, even juridical, control, assistance, administration to anyone standing in for or family members as a whole, or anyone connected or resident on 45 and 44 th avenues between 196th street and Francis Lewis boulevard including one street south of 45th due to terrorist activity and connections of same national and international. 

Same attention be given to neighbors at all previous and future locations. 

Please insure that innocent living in areas defined not come under any investigation or law enforcement action.

Also: follow same directive for any involved in media television, arts, music in particular rock and roll or benevolent association involved in law enforcement

politics or organizations meant to assist in difficulty such as hospitals homeless assistance schools religious institutions etc.
