CONCERNING MY MOTHER'S ESTRANGED FAMILY:

Gaetana De Cristofaro has no address in Aversa, Napoli, or Roma, either under her name or her married name,Capulli;

Her children, Elena and Francesca, also have no address;

Her husband, Umberto Capulli, has no address in Napoli or Aversa;

Gennaro Cavallo, who listed his address as Via Dante 1, Trentola, not only does not live there,with my mother's sister, Rosa, but Via Dante Alighieri is in San Marcellino, not Trentola, and at 1 are listed two De Cristofaro;

There is only one Raffaella Cavallo, listed as living in the Salerno area. That would be my estranged cousin.

My mother's family house is no longer in the Tozzi sister's name, and they are nowhere to be found in Via Conte, San Marcellino. My mother has a court case with them involving a dispute on land, connected to that address.

There is one Tozzi, Anna, Iolanda's sister, using her single name, so may not have ever married, connected to a hospice for the elderly in Mondragone, Caserta, an area also connected to Gennaro Cavallo;

Iolanda Tozzi not only does not appear to be married to a Ciro Pane,but is not a police officer at all. She has a cafe' by the name of Planet Bar to her name, in Teverola, Aversa, Caserta. She does not have a home address listed. She and Ciro Pane claimed to be married, and showed me their apartment in Teverola, if it was theirs.

My mother's sister,Gina De Cristofaro, is listed by that name as living in the area. She does not use her married name, Monica, and that name does not exist in the Napoli area, but Della Monica does. Her daughter,Luisa monica, supposedly, is not listed as living anywhere.

When we lived in Italy, the Cavallo, Gaetana De Cristofaro, Gina Monica, all lived within a one kilometer radius of one another in the Aversa area, in apartment buildings.

It is illegal for a woman to use her maiden name exclusively in marriage in Italy. The law prescribes the addition of the married name such as, if it were true: Iolanda Pane Tozzi.

This as the result of a perfuctory research.
