Premeditated Arson, Me As The False Arrest

Same people as listed in the previous post.

Break in, no sign of forced entry.
Found:

1) A pot cover with a brownish tan substance smeared under the cover, and burn marks on the side;
2) Far right burner's pilot light unlit;
3) grease and crumbs, most burnt, one fresh, in a toaster I had just cleaned.

I unplug appliances when I leave the house because of this living filth. I also keep my apartment spotless, and no one has the keys.
