Would be cop leading handcuffed man in A,C,E Canal Street stop  subway by the entrance of the NYPD police hut there.

2.27PM. Man, Euro, wearing nothing but dirtydusty slackerwear and a dangling 4 digit NYPD badge was being led by a hands in back handcuffed  African American man in his 70's dressed informally in olive earth tones, very comfortable looking and cleaner,  down the stairs of the Canal Street subway entry @ West Broadway SouthWest, one would assume toward the small satellite of love NYPD office away from the precinct club house built for that convenience alone, on the subway mezzanine.
