nuggets of meaning  revealed by connections to that  number in my voice mail, in my experience and for years:  some false claims of police officerhood, requests for call back providing no number to do so,  mostly blank tape extended, then a click, and on a continual basis, garbled recordings playing into the voice mail, accompanied by grunts and racial, gender based threats.
