refused access to 111 precinct NYPD community council meeting. Other person was threatened with violence.Then let in.

 At 7.15pm 10.5.2021 - went to 111 access area. told there was no meeting.would be told when the meeting would take place. Emergency. I waited to see if other people would show up. They did. Was told not to wait in street for traffic. to hang out " over there". 

7.26pm Am in muster room. One guy approached the officer with galano present.was told if he went to the meeting he.d be punched in face. Left. Asked by officer in photo my name.I said - Alex Maffei- later galano appeared again says meeting can be held. Some emergency over.

Who knows what.ll happen.
