Done in retaliation for my having recognized then proceeded to remove two black garbage bag full worth of hemlock, 37/39 planted in my garden. 

Also to dwarf and damage rose, ornamental evergreen bush, plots of hemlock and a grass lookalike - with a thick patch like rooted system were placed around plants in a circular manner.it took the strength of two hands and body pull to pry one 5-6 inch wide roundish patch loose.
