I called today between 2.49-2.54pm spoke to a female who told me the emergency hotline does not resolve termination issues at all. Insisted on asking if I was terminated for lack of payment. Also the 10 dollar a month email contractual resolved w con ed call on 10.13.2026 did not appear in my inbox . It has not been sent. I was told by the agent it was an amenity. I stand to be without service in October 2026 no heat no light after the HRA continues to damage my claims stating I don.t provide documents and creating non existent cases such as a second tenant I have none. It was done by and for -a 111 NYPD cop who wants my house and one one circuit .
